Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, contact us at soveapparel@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are only accepted if the product has not been used, washed, or damaged and all original tags are intact. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. If your desired size is unavailable, you will be offered store credit or a voucher.

Refunds All purchases made on Sove Apparel are non-refundable. However, the amount paid will be credited to your Sove Apparel account and can be used toward any future purchase in our store.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, personal care goods, perishable items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
